Stuff to do in florida?
 

i work for a music group and i'm taking a trip down to florida this coming week for a few shows in the anger management tour and i will be in tampa and fort lauderdale. anyone have any good ideas on stuff there is to do there? i was thinking about going to orlando a day or 2 before hand and going to pleasure island.

what is pleasure island?

i think its part of disney world.... but its just a ton of bars and clubs and stuff all together.

I suggest you go wherever Paul Rosenberg goes. Or just ask the southeast regional Interscope reps. They know all the good local stuff to do... it's their job!

If your going to be in Tampa, make sure to hit Busch Gardens Tampa Bay... Bad ass roller coasters, big ass zoo, & FREE BEER!

Orlando has tons of shit, id suggest:
Universal Studios Islands of Adventures
Universal Studios City Walk - free, food, clubs, tons of people usually.
Church Street - downtown orlando; buncha clubs/bars.
Check to see if anyone is playing at the House of Blues or Hard Rock Live. They usually get a few big names - but i think august is a pretty quiet month.

Im not sure how great Pleasure Island is, but its just a bunch of clubs... Might as well just hit the regular Orlando clubs?

Anyways Orlando has all types of entertainment, i guess it just depends on what you want...

Check out Church Street Station while you are in Otown. Stay away from the parliment house, it is tranny shows. :eek7 :uhoh :spawn

Mons Venus in Tampa.

Yea ive heard several good stories about Mons Venus. I remember driving past it when i went to the 2001 Super Bowl in Tampa, didnt look that big. I remember back then they were trying to enforce a 6-foot anti-lapdance rule, but i guess that was ruled unconstitutional - bring on the lapdances!

The law passed... it was funny watching the case... one girl even pointed at one of the biggots and said that she recognized him from one of the places she worked... They even have cops that hang out in the strip clubs now to enforce the 6ft rule...
