I just received an email from a guy selling SHORT ICQ Numbers. What's the hell is that!!!???
Anyone to enlighten me up because i think it's pretty stupid and useless.

Plus that email was a spam, which pisses me off

Eliteness is the only reason to buy short UINs.. I got in around 250,000 which isn't very low.. but I think recently they cleared a lot of the accounts, and a lot of them have been hacked. It's a real mess and some people are making out like bandits as a result.

Once in a while you'll see one in the 20,000-100,000 range on eBay.. my understand is that anything below 10,000 though is a fraud, they don't exist.

You have got to be a STUPID FUCKING IDIOT to buy these and then get ripped off!

I confirm: Soul has bought several very low UINs from FOONTIC and made 500% profit off reselling. An underestimated market.
