TGP Traffic and Legal

Question for all.I'm thinking about using my logo in place of thumbs that link to FHG's on my site? Would this take the 2257 pressure off of me and how do you think it will effect traffic? I thought it would make one more enticed to click on it to see what is behind the actual thumb. Any opinions or suggestions!?!?!?

Why not just do text then

I dont know...I thought that maybe it would make people curious as to what galleries the logo thumbs link to. But I'm new at this so any help would be appreciated.

So like a generic logo and it gives a random gallery? I don't know - maybe if you put text as to what KIND of gallery it would be going to, that might be the ticket - just a logo doesn't give the surfer any interest...

You need to keep in mind, 95% of your surfers will be on your site for 30 seconds or less. You need to throw the kitchen sink at them to keep them interested long enough to click through...

Text links or have your sponsors host the thumbs.

I'd use text... it will just make them think those galleries are broken or something.

Even if the thumbs are hosted by the sponsor if they are appearing on his site he is still responsible for having the 2257 info.

Also, you can be fined for connecting to internets.

Even if the thumbs are hosted by the sponsor, or someone else if they are opening in your browser (on your local PC) you are still responsible for having the 2257 info.
