Fan is a big word but I really like his music. Born to Run (!!), The River... the old stuff is amazingly beautiful.

I did airport, hotel, backstage, after party and tourist day personal security for Mr Springsteen at his Brisbane concert back in the 80's.

He gave me (and the other 3 guys in my security team) a complete album collection up to and including "Born In The USA", and signed and dated each of them with a personal message ... 9 albums in total from memory .....

Mine was Thanks for the friendly muscle Lindsay - stay safe and well.

I sold them at a collectables auction in the late 90's for a bundle.

LOVE the Boss.

;-)

Of course! That's Little Steven Van Zandt! He's been with Springsteen since like day-one. A super musician and songwriter amongst other talents.

The Boss stands out because not only can he write and play a song but he never fails at it.

He can play rock n roll, blues, jazz, you name it.

The song he wrote for Patti Smith is still awesome. No matter who he writes a song for it becomes a hit.

I was hoping if the do a The Sopranos movie they'll use Bruce's song "Murder Incorporated" in it. That would soooooo fucking rock.
