I finally went and did it...
After a bunch of hemming and hawing and procrastinating...I finally joined an athletic club...
Anyone else in Las Vegas/Henderson a member of Club Sport in Green Valley? http://www.clubsports.com/greenvalley/ I'm going to start doing some early morning workouts before coming into the office and looking for a night or two a week at the racketball courts and maybe even play a little squash. They have an indoor running track too so no more jogging in 110 degree weather. |

Joining the club dont mean shit, alot of fat asses just go "i joined a gym" because they think people will look at them as less of a fat ass.
but that club card dont take away pounds, you need to work out, it dont count until you are actually doing it. |

i was the same way always saying i was going to do it and never actually doing it. i got to tell you it CAN be done, but it is an ENTIRE lifestyle change, and always stick to your workout schedule, even missing it once can throw you off, once you stop it is the hardest thing starting again so i suggest keeping it up. also working out changes everything, i feel 1000x better mind, body and soul. |

It just started becoming something we do every Thursday night. I was raised Mormon and we always had family home evenings, where we took one night per week, turned off the TV and played games or went and did something. When I found myself working too much and not taking enough time for the kids, we started doing a family night where we did the same kind of thing and it blossomed into roller skating...though soemtimes we'll go see a movie or I whoop the kids at DVD Trivial Pursuit ;-) |
