i have seen this before without the audio so maybe im desensitized but it seems the kid is exaggerating a bit perhaps , at first it sounds like the kid is really in trouble , but i know kids like this that whine about everything so its hard to take them seriously , i have also been on a ride like that and im pretty sure it also had a lap belt that the kid couldnt have slipped out of..
