All affiliate programs should offer atleast a 7 day cookie on reffered sales
 

You probably lose loads of sales when a surfer goes to one of your sponsors and shows interested, but comes back and buys it next week - you still 'reffered' this customer to the product but you don't get the $$$ for it. I think all affiliate programs should have atleast a 7 day cookie, 14 at max, I don't think anything higher then that would be necessary, anyone who would want to buy it would generally come back to buy within 2 weeks. What do you think?

completly agree, the impulsive buyers are the smaller fraction in %

thats why we at http://BucksMania.com have set our cookies to expire in a YEAR!

basicly we do everything possible our affiliates to earn more money with us, because when the conversions are good, they push us harder. And in the long run we BOTH make more money :)

7 days wont do it .. I sent the fucking customer.. I want the sale, no matter if it takes 7 days or 365 days
