Not that I would promote these niches, they're just too disgusting for me to work with. But I'm curious over what kind of avarage TGP-traffic ratio they have. Anyone know?

I do not promote, nor have I ever. I assume, like any micro-niche that the conversion ratios are off the hook. People that search for that stuff usually buy it all up because it is so hard to find.
