Yo i used to play nintendo it was easier back in the day than this xbox

I was playing ghost rekon 4 it was fucking hard to get the drift of it

What games are you playing? Ghost Recon is one of the hardest games I've played.

Maybe you should just load up XBox Live and play Bejeweled.

Check out Geometry Wars, I love that one.

I have copies of both Ghost Recon games and haven't gotten past the first level of either of them. I just can't stick with it. Playing them on Live is a completely different ballgame and it rocks.

Oblivion is a time sucker. I play it on the 360 and my girlfriend plays it on the PS3.

Ghost Recon is probably the most complicated or 1 of the most for you to start playing on any system.


I'd go with Gears of War. Come meet me up on the live version Juicy. I'm trying to get on there a battle Spoff whenever I can. He kicks the crap out of me, but it's a fun, easy to use bad ass shooter game.

ghost recon has always been a complex game the controls can be a nightmare if your not used to them.

took me a few days to get used to and i play 360 all the time.

As far as I know (haven't checked myself) you can plug USB mouse and keyboard into the PS3.

For the 360 there's a product called the XFPS 360 Pro.

yea i tried playing Gears of War on Xbox this past weekend, it sucked! i had No idea what i was doing lol, I looked at my friends and said" screw this im going home to play super mario 3" lol

Socom is child's play compared to the new Ghost Recon games. I think one or both will make it to the PS3, probably well before we see a new Socom game...so check 'em out.

I was playing last night and thought it might be cool to design a GFY ride. Might actually spend some time on one for fun.

Forza is unreal and a blast to play. I picked up that and Shadowrun last week, and am enjoying them both!

played ghost recon before and i dont like it. nothing beats socom no matter what you come up with and thats on the whole, not on one aspect like graphics or something.

I don't play much but I found Call of Duty 2 and 3 easy and intuitive which had me playing in no time. I tried Ghost RECON and found it much harder. If you're just starting out like me I'd recommend one of the Call of Duty games to help get you up to speed.

Oblivion it's an RPG from what I know :) and I've heard it's a great game so try it :thumbsup

If you're saying the graphics for Socom are better than GR and you've played GR, you haven't played the new games or need some new glasses :winkwink:

It's a better game graphically speaking, and that's just for starters. You might enjoy Socom more, but it's far from being the better game...on the whole.

you read what i said wrong, im saying the only thing ghost recon has over it is the graphics, everything else about socom is better. and with the new socom later this year that will change. i am going to give the rainbox six vegas a try for ps3 though, but ultimately its all about socom.

I vote for Raven Riley. I haven't played around with that customizing yet, is it easy to get graphic resources into the game to use for your designs?

I do enjoy the Socom single player campaign. Like I said, Ghost Recon I have trouble with and when games start to frustrate me I move on to the next in the pile. RS6:vegas is a great game. I usually prefer the FPS games, so I do play this one from time to time.

I'm assuming with the PS3, you've played Resistance right? I liked that more than Gears of War. Best game I've played in a long while, that wasn't on a Nintendo DS.

I actually geeked out and bought the force feedback steering wheel for the 360 last weekend. Gonna pick up Forza 2 sometime this week. Seems to work great on Project Gotham Racing and on the DIRT demo. Sucks balls for the Need For Speed games though.

yeah i've played it and didnt care for it much. im just hooked on socom and once you get into the 3rd person view it makes you not like the first person view of most shooters. i dont even play the single player, straight to online and 32 person rooms to blow shit up!

I just did some checking and they announced recently that there will be an online only Socom on the Playstation store before the end of the year. Looks like a great game so far. I am finally getting excited about being the PS3 sitting under the tv.
