im sure i went too much (especially installing a lot of scripts) but these people are still fucking there to help me... im so so very happy i have my dedicated server with them. damn! im just small and starting but these people threat me like these big guys.. do you think other hosting companies would threat you like that? not sure though.. i think i would stay with them forever!

NatNet has to be one of the few companies in this biz that keeps employees around as long as they do. There's a reason for that. Bill, Andrew, Kathi - just to name three. And I hear that Tony fellow still has a job there too :)

National Net's support is top notch - by far the best in the industry. I've been with National Net ever since I can remember and whenver I've needed them they've been quick to respond.

Cherry Pimps hosts with National Net and today I had a rather serious issue (nothing affecting up time or affiliate traffic). I put in a work order and they called me with sixty seconds.

You can't beat that kind of serice.

I left them a few years a go for another host with a cheaper price - big mistake - im now back because their support is so kick ass.

I still have one box left with the cheaper host - not for much longer - im now a week into a simple support ticket :(
