I'm looking to hire someone that can go out and search / email site owners asking for link exchanges in a certain niche. I would prefer to pay via paypal but can do a epass transfer if needed.

Basically you would do searches, email sites a email that I will provide. I will even provide the email address on my server for you. I will reply/confirm any emails. You just have to send the first email and do the searches for their addresses etc.

I've ran across arelis in the past. $250 for for 5 domains, or $449 for unlimited. One years of free updates. What happens after the first year is up? do you have to purchase the entire program again?
