Anyone notice this from Epassporte
 

Their bank transfers dont show up in my account labled Epassporte anymore

Its just shows a series of numbers

That can't be good.....

epassporte is lame. only accepts visa these days, right?

Anyone else having a problem withdrawing money to a bank account? For the past two days it's been saying "Failure. For more information please Contact Us directly."

I came to GFY to search for threads regarding this, Im very glad to see your post. Not that I am happy you are having troubles, its just good to know its not just my account.

I just sat on hold with EPass for 30 minutes only to be told "try again in an hour". Tried again an hour later and again... failure.

i got the same thing today

im glad i transfered over 1200.00 out before this prob

I just hope it makes it to my bank

I got a lot of those failures this week but they eventually went through.

We are looking into the issue with the Failure error message.

Months ago when I did a transfer it showed up as numbers... But I generally just use my epass card to pay for stuff directly, or take cash from a machine. Accountants orders :P

Any of you getting failures using Comerica Bank by chance?
