Who owns a George Foreman grill?
I have a small one and it's the shit! I'm having a G.F. grilling party every day for lunch. Turkey Burgers and Hamburgers are a regular lunch for the Ninja. :thumbsup
I have a small one - i really need to upgrade!!
I have a small one as well... had it when I was single. Actually, an employee of mine bought it for me. I used it all the time.
Now I have a family and have a big bbq/grill. So the G.F. Grill tends to stay buried in a cupboard. |
I wish I hard the one with the bun warmer. Instead I'm grilling my burger buns with a touch of butter to make a mean motherfuckin burger.

FOR SALE: 1 small Geore Foreman Grill it sucky
I have one.
Never use it. Prefer the outdoor model. |
I have the small one. It takes WAY too long to clean to make it worth it.
But hell, it drains the fat! I want a deluxe with the 6 grill tops... regular, flat grill, waffle etc. |
I buy a new one every 2 months or so.. they are a BITCH to clean.
Mine works great. I put a little liquid smoke on the burgers and grill em up and they taste almost like they came off a barbecue.
Foreman grill + liquid smoke = :D |
I have a HUGE one at my store.
Haven't used mine for a year or so. Got one that can cook like 4 hamburgers at once i think. Prefer using the real deal outside.
I've had one since '98 or '99. got me through my last couple years of college.
best invention ever. |

I have an outdoor electric one, makes the best burgers and chicken
Tip to clean your George Foreman grill: turn it on until it gets just hot enough to melt all the stuck on fat. Then clean it.
I have one but I think it's a piece of shit. Too heavy and plasticy, a badly engineered device.

And George Foreman endoreses the product. --- I don't use mine, but I also can't ever recall using it. I might be tempted to try it out if I was in the mood to eat grilled whatever, and it was raining outside. Lacking that scenerio, though, it just seems a lot easier, less messy, and more au naturel to turn on the gas, light a match, and wait 10 minutes. |
Always wanted to get one but can it fry chickens?
The foreman grill is one of the best inventions last decade.
If you guys haven't picked up a Next Grilleration with the removeable plates do yourself a favor and do it now. |
Mine is so beat up and fried but I love that sucker. It just keeps on working and makes the best burgers and steaks, indoors.

The only thing better than a George Foreman grill is a SELF CLEANING George Foreman grill (which unfortunately has yet to be invented)
homeboy george got paid $200mil for the informerical, everyone has one even if they don't use it, it's almost a fashion statement in your kitchen
I do but I haven't used it for a bit..I go through cycles where I use it for everything and then forget about it. I am not eating much meat these days so it hasn't been out much.
I have one and used it a few times. This was a couple years ago though and I've since stored it away, never to use it since. My favorite cookware now is a set of Calphalon One infused anodized pots and pans. You can't make a red-wine reduction with a GFG. I dont know about you guys, but I LIKE the option of being able to use those "burnt on" left overs at the bottom of the pan to make different sauces out of.

wish i had one over here in the EU, that would be the shit! |
Had one for years. Love it !! :thumbsup
i have one and i love it! my favorite to grill on it are skinless chicken breasts.. m mmm :)
I used mine for a while (larger one) but about a year ago went to using a Calphalon anodized grill pan on my stove top.
When I need to grill for more than must one or two people, I use my outdoor gas grill (plumbed straight to my home natural gas line). Been looking into an infrared outdoor grill, lately. Oh.. best way to clean a Foreman. When you're done cooking and while it's still pretty hot, wet two or three layers of paper towel and put it on the grill surface then close the lid. Let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes (still warm), then open it, remove the paper towels and wipe the surfaces down with a few clean damp ones. PK |
I have one but i havent used it in years
got it for xmas year before last, still in the box :upsidedow
i have an off brand one and its a decent size, i bought the off brand one because the metal pieces are removable so you can put them in the dishwasher. makes it way easier to clean.
I didn't like mine. I love my Weber Q grill. An infrared does sound pretty nice. I'd like to try a steak from that.
We have one of those here. The easy way to clean the grill is to wash it like you would wash anything else. In the sink with soap and hot water. Then, flip it over and let the water drain out and it can air dry. We let ours dry over night. Never had a problem with it that way. Cleans up pretty quick and it pretty easy.
