Quite possibly this fall. If I can get away for a week or so,I am going to have the Lambo trucked out to San francisco and the drive it from there down the coast to La and end up in Vegas. Then have it shipped back home to WI.
If it works out I absolutely plan on stopping by and taking the entire Adult.com staff out to dinner.

A gallardo is a poor mans lambo and I dont think it does 200 mph either.. But nice video.

No,a fiero is a poormans Lambo. I don't know a lot of people on foodstamps that drive a $200k + car. I test drove a Murci before I got the Gallardo and from a drivers perspective,like the handling and size of the G much better. I haven't driven an LP640 and from what i've heard it is much improved in the handling and braking. But it is still quite a large car. It might be next for me.


And most Gallardo's will top out very close to 200. An SE will certainly. I would agree that the spyder might not,but it will do easily in the mid 190's.

Last night I had to get the monkey off my back and had to make a late night run to grab some Red Bull at the 7/11 near Ice's apartment. Late at night it's a beautiful little bit of freeway and I knocked my car up to 160mph.

i'll be driving on the autobahn tomorrow for a couple of hours, but 200 is a bit too much for my car :1orglaugh

Talk about adrenalin rush, if any of you ever have the chance to drive that fast it is awesome. The only thing that will make your ass pucker "big time" is when some fucking idiot doesn't look out and comes into the passing lane, while your doing 150+ MPH.

Two words when people do this while driving a car at these speeds.

"MOTHER FUCKER!" as you down shift and apply the brakes at the same time.

I've had that pucker thing happen a few times. The thing I always have to pay close attention to is deer. Most of the roads I drive are in wooded areas.

I think the people in germany are used to it, they know they need to stay away from the left lane :)
When you're going that fast, make sure you got your big headlights on ... that's the "stay the fuck out of my way you slow ass bitches" sign ;)

last year - in the middle of the night - i was doing about 135-140 mph on the left lane when i saw a truck with a car behind him. that always makes me already lift my right foot cause i never trust any idiot out there (saved my life a couple of times). and surely that idiot started to pull out to the left lane (why exactly in that moment i can't say, there weren't any other cars within miles). i was still a bit behind them and so i flashed my headlights to warn him. he started to move back to the right lane - still behind the truck - and i thought it will be fine. i was nearly right beside them - still doing about 125 mph - when the fucker decided to pull left. :mad:

i think a newspaper would have fit between my and his car - but not a pocket book. and thank god for german engineering and porsche brakes :winkwink:

he overtook the truck - doing about 55 while the truck was doing 50 - and when he went back to the right lane i drove next to him and screamed so loud that he must have heard it trough 2 closed windows while driving :1orglaugh

turned out the driver was about 85 years - with 2 ladies in the car that looked like 90. he sat behind the steering wheel like he was already dead - not moving his head one inch - just staring forward. :helpme

for a moment i thought i would pull in front of him and bring him to a halt - or call the police or whatever - but then the adrenalin went down and i let it go. but i've been rarely so close to killing myself and others like in that moment

i love it!!! not bragging by any means but....i had a 930 porsche turbo, engine all done up dyno at 830 hp, it was a sick car!!! beat motorcycles all day long ninjas & cbr.....one nite took the car on FL state turnpike and gunned it over 210 mph, it was the ride that i will always remember...it was do or die!!!!

That's the only reason why I don't drive fast. I can handle my car, but it's the other drivers that make driving so hazardous. All it takes is one person popping across into your lane when you're doing speeds that no brakes can stop on a dime and it's all over.

I love speed and power though. Great vid.
