That article has nothing to do with buying content for redistribution or 2257, unless sites are in a habit of buying private camshows, recording them and rebroadcasting them without any agreement or documentation.

Exactly! Chickens are naked when you buy them! Kids are looking at naked chickens....giving them the idea that maybe they too could get naked and sell themselves by the pound! How do we know that chicken had 2257 docs? They don't come with the chicken...maybe the chicken was underage when it got plucked.
