I have a smokey Joe that I use for tailgating... throw a copious amount of mesquite chips on that thing and whatever you throw on there tastes good

I'm using charcoal and mesquite now after years of using gas and it is great but I miss the convienence of gas. I think I'm going to buy a small gas for making quick burgers but use the charcoal grill for chicken, ribs and steaks.

Charcoal + Weber or any kettle style grill with a lid.
