Anyone here billed Chinese/Turkish targeted traffic effectively?
 

We've got targeted Chinese/Turkish traffic in good numbers, however its impossible to convert/bill it effectively. Even if they got a CC its will decline on most processors. They do reach join pages, so I know they are interested to join. Anyone can point me to the right direction of possible solution? Thanks in advance.
