It was a mini series at first, and later a show. I hate it now because when I was watching the mini series my sister and I let our cocker spaniel outside and got busy watching V. He got hit by a car cause I was too busy watching the show and forgot he was outside. :(:(

How bout Airwolf, and Im trying to think of the name of the show where the guy had the super fast motorcycle and fought crime. Also who remembers Manimal?

escorpio 06-21-2007 11:22 AM

Anyone know the name of that show from the 70s that was set in the African wilds and they had a pet chimp? (not Tarzan). I haven't seen it since I was in kindergarten, so that's all I remember...

I think you might mean "Jambo".

That might be it, but imdb doesn't give enough information to be sure. If it was, then I had to be watching it in synication, because I wasn't born yet in 1969. All I really remember was there was a chick on the show that I had a major crush on (yes, even in kindergarten). lol

TSGlider 06-21-2007 12:37 PM

Soap, MASH, Hogan's Heroes

wyldworx 06-21-2007 12:39 PM

fantasy island. "Tattoo da plaaaane" said that sweet little 253 year old inca gods midget prophet whos main task was informing tattoo of new arrivals by way of ancient e.s.p. It would always indicate the veiwer they were in for fantasy, surprize and scandal.

Ok...I think the series I'm thinking of might have been "Daktari", but I found it by following your lead (still way before my time, though).
