This is a major overhaul that will be going on for some time. We are adding a lot of new articles and redoing lots of old articles.

Your Knowledge Base is incredible already. It has already saved myself and NATS a lot of hours on the phone. No joke.

Thanks. Those with a tech type background or interest seem to love it and pour over it. Those who are a bit more casual with a keyboard can be frustrated by it so we're trying to make it a bit less technical and a bit more broadly usable without removing any of the info the techy type people love.

Wow, Mike's been doing a good job. They're less "techy," and people won't need my services. No, I don't like them; they'll kill my business! :thumbsup
