3rd morning in a row: Waking up at 6am
Hot damn! In bed by midnight, up at 6am. At 7:30 all is good but at 6am I want to sleep or kill kittens.

I go to bed at midnight every night and wake up at 6am every morning..... been doing it for years now. Red Bull helps.

I used to be a late sleeper but now I get up around 6-7am with the sun and feel great. I've also gotten into the habit of a short afternoon nap, though.

I'm in bed by 10:30 lately and up at 6:30-7:00.

Midnight to 6 would take its toll after awhile. I need 7 hours and I'm ok, if I get 8 I feel tired the whole day.
If you are having problems staying asleep try taking melatonin. It does help. |
I need about 8 hours sleep, but then again I do a lot of exercise in a day.

Go to bed earlier by the same amount of time you're waking up earlier than norm... maybe allow a few extra minutes to get settled in.
Apply a couple shots of whisky as needed. This isn't rocket science. :-P |

i usually pass out at 4-5 am and wake up at 10-11.. i can't sleep during normal hours been caught up in this for almost a year now can't break it either i just don't get tired and then i can only goto sleep when i'm ready to like pass out and then i just crash
