We are a successful internet company based out of the San Fernando Valley that is looking for a creative and well experienced Web Designer. This is a full-time position with insurance benefits, and is open to extremely talented Graphic Artists & Designers.

Our content covers the full spectrum of adult video (straight, gay and everything in-between), and this position involves working with ALL of it. So if you?ve got hang-ups about any of the above, this isn?t the place for you.

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented individual that can think outside the box. The ideal candidate will have a great sense of humor and working knowledge of the adult industry (experience in the Adult industry a huge plus).

The position involves creating extremely high quality online marketing material for our existing & upcoming products.

General Requirements:

Comfortable with adult content.
Passionate about stylish design, typography, photography, and overall luxury brands.
Ability to take creative direction from managers and be a self-starter.
Take direction well while maintaining open communications.
Candidates must able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team, and be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions effectively.
Must be able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Execute and communicate practical design compromises to ensure that the project is viable and successful.

Creative / Technical Skills Needed:

Strong design skills including screen layouts, information design, and typography.
Ability to evolve ideas in conjunction with the team, explain those concepts in complete detail, and ensure that the design vision adapts to and survives the development process.
Must be fluent in PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, or similar graphics software.
Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (html, dhtml, css).
Proficient in creative design, art production and final electronic file preparation for both print and web.
Able to develop new approaches to complex design problems and can convey ideas into tangible form.

Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Information design, Digital media design or other visual arts.
3 to 5 years experience as a key member of a Graphics team participating in the complete product development lifecycle of several successfully launched web sites.

the company just likes having people inhouse that way a lot more work can be done and easier then dealing with design companies who have many clients. Time is money. :)
