They've been around my town for years now. It's funny to see run-down old Cutlasses on giantic chairot wheels worth as much as the car itself.

lol I thought that was a local only thing.. They have one in Daytona called "Rent a Wheel" funny stuff I was LOLing first them I ever saw the sign.

We just got one in the Cincinnati area about a year ago, fucking idiots!
