The US cannot touch epassporte. Epass is based overseas, where the US has NO legal authority. What the US can do, is force US based banks to not deal with checks or wires coming from Epass accounts.

And I am pretty certain none of Epass's funds from the processing bank is routed anywhere through US intermediaries.

From my understanding (and I'm in no way a lawyer), poker is allowed because the game of chance is between other players and not with the house. The house takes a rake on each wager but does not engage in games of chance with the player. I don't believe I've seen a poker-only type site being blocked by the US government yet. Although it certainly is edging that fine line.

Neteller was also based overseas, and the US Government promptly arrested several of their founders when they entered the country. The US players that had money in Neteller have still yet to get it back, and probably never will. Don't think for a second the US Government won't play dirty when it comes to online gaming processors and US customers.
