Any web hosts specialize in managed MySQL clusters?
 

I don't want to mess around with building my own database cluster. Any web hosts out there who can build a MySQL cluster for me and take care of redundancy, backup and scale it for performance as my site grows?

Basically, I only want to focus on the application side of things. Give me the virtual IP of the cluster and ensure it'll always be up and responsive.
