DickShoke, while it's not exactly the same type of system, I've had good luck using xoom.com to pay designers. I believe it only serves certain geographic areas though.

you will not have a single transaction fee yet you will be billed monthly to be a member flat fee and very reasonable. ulimited transactions, or you can pick and chopose what type of acct you want dependng on volume you do per/mo

all i can say for now, but in addition, another nice feature is this will be controlled by software on your dektop with a ;vel of enctryption that it will be hacker safe. might even be iimplimenting biometrics....
