President is NOT the executive branch
Our lovely president now claims that the VP and the President are not part of oversight on the executive branch. Fucking unbelievable.
Here's the story Bush claims oversight exemption too http://www.latimes.com/news/nationwo...la-home-center |

Then Congress and the Senate should cut the funding to the VP office. If he isn't part of the exective branch then he shouldn't be getting part of the budget. |
no surprise ....

Nice little dictatorship they are building over there.

When the history of the bush administration is written, the partisan fighting has ceased and historians largely agree on the history making impact of the Bush years 2001-2009, it will go down as one of the 10 worst administrations in history. Not because of the inevitable decline of our leading economic and military position (China is up no matter who is in charge in USA) in the world, but because of the arrogance of Bush and his team and the corrupt way they waged this war from the beginning to the end and the callous disregard they had for executive oversight and pushing executive power beyond the scope of the law.:2 cents::2 cents: That's my 4 cents.

"We don't dispute that the ISOO has a different opinion. But let's be very clear: This executive order was issued by the president, and he knows what his intentions were," Fratto said. "He is in compliance with his executive order."
That is the funniest line I think I've ever heard, he signed an order stating that he must comply, but he actually meant he didn't have to, so, since he didn't mean to imply that he should have to comply, then he's right, cause he is in compliance with what he meant to imply when he first wrote the executive order....:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh |
Then his spokesperson says this:
Fratto conceded that the lengthy directive, technically an amendment to an existing executive order, did not specifically exempt the president's or vice president's offices. Instead, it refers to "agencies" as being subject to the requirements, which Fratto said did not include the two executive offices. "It does take a little bit of inference," Fratto said. What a bunch of idiots.... :helpme:error:helpme:error |
