Done on a wacom art tablet. (not by me but I thaught it was pretty cool art work)

Anything that well rendered is art... art isn't constrained to any medium be it traditional or modern...

Sure it's art.... art is also in the eye of the customer/patron/receiver...

This is definitely considered art in my book.

If you want I can ask the dude who did it. He's an artist on my tattoo community maybe he'd sell you a print for a good price.

while going on pure definition it IS art. however, I personally have a hard time accepting new digital art forms like this in the same sense I do traditional hands on approaches to art, not really considering it true art per say. i dislike it in the same way i dislike the conceptual arts...
