WTF is the deal with 15-17 year old non-nude solo girls?

I didn't think this would be legal, let alone accepted considering people's stance on girls who LOOK young having sites.

Running a non nude site with a 15 year old girl getting her prepared for porn in the future is a bit sleazeballish to say the least, no?

Or am I on crack and this does not exist?

EHHH? :helpme

Nicky 06-25-2007 06:11 PM

I bet it will convert great when she turns 18 and starts doing porn and already has a members base but as you say it is kinda sleazy....

DBS.US 06-25-2007 06:12 PM

To even think it is sleazeballish:2 cents:

Casa Nova 06-25-2007 06:12 PM

yeh its not right at all.

LiveDose 06-25-2007 06:13 PM

Gotta ask the parents.

Yea, I saw a thread today with 'so and so's had her site since she was 15 now shes legal and doing hardcore'.

I never knew this existed.

Hawkeye 06-25-2007 06:44 PM

I see no problem with it.

The Sears catalog that comes in the paper every Sunday has little girls posing in their underwear.

Why would it not be legal for a 15 year old girl to have a site?

I saw that too and knew someone would bring it up eventually. I remember seeing a few sites like this when I first started being aware of porn on the net. Didn't think anyone was still doing it though.

Shoehorn! 06-25-2007 06:58 PM

I clicked this thread and had no idea what it was referring to, then closed it and read the thread that turned out to be what you are talking about. :Oh crap

I don't know, it just seems like it would be illegal.

Old men taking any sort of sexual photos of 15 year olds, even though they're clothed, with plans to get them naked as soon as the law permits SEEMS like something America would arrest people for, no?

Legendary Samir - BANNED FOR LIFE 06-25-2007 07:06 PM

Is it OK with billing providers?

Vick! 06-25-2007 07:11 PM

Just like 'Free Speech' shit .. anyone should be able to have whatever type of site he/she wants :2 cents:

PS: at whatever age...

thonglife 06-25-2007 07:13 PM

Reanna Mae had a NN "modeling" site before going hardcore. I think Real Peachez started young as well.

and miss teen usa doesn't get huge popularity because of the bathing suits... RIIIgghhhtttt... the majority of you you motherfuckers that say you don't look at those girls are the biggest pervs in private...

I don't promote any girls like this on any of the sites I run... it's a personal choice... but I do know that my grandmother was 16 when she married my grandfather and they were married for over 60 years before they passed.

There are LOTS LOTS LOTS of major programs around that have teen sites with models dressed like young teens and made up to look that way... and you don't bitch about that... much.

I promote MET Art and I find their content to be erotic but stylish... natural... I don't see anything wrong with that... I dislike gagging... (biohazard bitches or whatever) and extreme bdsm... (art is fine)...

Are you kidding? If you don't see the difference here I'm a little worried.

Fap 06-25-2007 08:41 PM

Not to mention the entire fashion industry that chews up and spits out young girls.

Funny... I hear that Galitsin's stuff was art too.. and we all know what became of that.

If it's non-nude . . . it's legal.

Having said that, if the minor is not emancipated, how much of this sexually suggestive posing (and income earning) is allowed for a minor, without parental approval? If parental approval is required (and I dont know the law on this one), then u gotta wonder about the parents who approve porn training wheels for their daughters.

Then again, some of these girls are daughters of former strippers and whores and might be fully supportive.

Minors who are not emancipated can not enter into any contract, well they can but they can back out at any time and render it useless and even keep any and all money earned and so forth. So yes parental permission is typically gotten.

Though I find them disgusting, I am just one of those that do not think we need more laws.

there's non-nude sites grooming girls far younger than 15 for this type of lifestyle, what kind of parent allows that???? the fact that a 15 yer old girl (or younger for that matter) has a website in which people need a credit card (this is an all 18+ crowd for the most part) to view her suggestive photos IS CREEPY...

I'm not gonna front like i didn't want in on sarah peachez site when she was 16 though, but hell I was 16 back then too so i don't feel that creepy myself, lol....

Pornwolf 06-25-2007 09:34 PM

It's sleazier than Skufty's owner IMHO.

kane 06-25-2007 09:46 PM

I saw a story on this a while back. A 15 year old girl started a site with some guy who ran a network of these sites. He eventually got arrested for other underage things and her site was gone so she taught herself html and had her friends take pictures and ran the site herself. She did some normal modeling in different outfits but a lot of them were pretty bad. Like she would wear thongs or little panties and bras and things like that. She was never nude, but it was pretty suggestive. She had a lot of members and guys sending her gifts all the time. Her mom said she was worried about the guys stalking her daughter and her daughter basically feeding off these pedo's, but she made some serious money with the site so she let her keep it up.

Good reply, thanks. Confirms my thought that parental approval is typically done in this situation.

I wouldn't get involved in anything with an under 18 feature model.

Chris Corn 06-26-2007 05:45 AM

underage non-nude is legal if is also NON-SEXUAL...define a 'sexual' image and you should be cool with the law.

direxxx 06-26-2007 05:50 AM

Probably it'd be legal with parental consent and if the content wasn't overtly sexual. But whether it's legal or not, the grooming aspect of it seems pretty sick when they're so young.

bl4h 06-26-2007 05:52 AM

I'll have nothing to do with it

Yeah, it SHOULD be illegal.
