I have paid by epassporte on the 21st of May (for a month) and 07th of June (for six months). I keep getting email after email to pay my hosting and today I got an email that my account was suspended due to nonpayment. I kept responding to EVERY single email you sent me but you keep sending me even more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY HOSTING IS PAID UNTIL DECEMBER 14th !!!!!!!!!!!!

no, but really funny how the guy called Nathan or something gets some of my messages but somehow misses the others. I also emailed billing from my yahoo email (which I registered with) and from another email just in case - still nothing

I also ICQed them a few minutes ago and I know I'll get a responce on ICQ but probably in a few hours (time difference) but meanwhile I'm sitting with a suspended hosting account

fuck the customer. fuck support emails. fuck everyone. but dont fuck the money.

I get invoices sent and they are paid and thats that. no calls or warning emails etc.

i have virtual with 4 other hosts, webair hasn't never given me any problems until now, do you wanna hear stories form the other hosts - from sites getting hacked every second day because they have no idea what they're doing, sites down every second day (due to network failure - we are investigating) to havnig to send 50 ICQs and emails just to add one more domain to my account

How about opening a support ticket and escalating it?

I usually get replies under a couple of hours for those.

Does that mean they dont need crutches or a wheel chair? Never understood that comment.

Anyways Mike and or billing is usually easy to get a hold of and the support there is very very good. We have hosted some smaller projects with them over the years and I never had an issue that was not corrected quickly.

I hate seeing stuff like this on the boards when they have so many ways to contact them. Did you put in an emergency ticket never seen one open more then an hour.
