As many of you know yesterday we suffered a critical hardware failure that had severe impact on our network. Our staff worked to restore stability to our servers until 4am this morning. Since then we have been running at 100%.

We apologize for the outage and any inconvenience it caused you. As always we make sure that our affiliates get paid and in this case even when we were not. As a make good we have already placed a credit in the adjustment table on your accounts.

For affiliates who use our geo ads and had trouble loading their site's own pages, one step that can be taken is to load the ad on a separate page and then use an iframe to display it on the page of your desire. This will prevent our ads from slowing down your page load times should we have another network outage.

Again we are sorry about the outage and are taking steps to improve our network.
