Special effects were cool, thats about it.

when you expect to much from a movie or something else you can be disappointed

I can't imagine why anyone over 18 would have any interest in seeing this? I mean it is a movie based on kid's toys....

A kid's toy that was popular in the 80s. I can't imagine why anyone under the age of 22 would have any interest in seeing this.

i guess it's not about the toy... i think its a cool movie... :)

Transformers have actually never stopped production since 1980 in one form or another. Not even the simpsons can match that.

I admit i am a TF Junkie(Will Post some Pics later) and i know this will not match 100% the story line etc. but Still should be exciting

It's about entertainment every person has a child's heart. As you have known. It is for pure entertainment purpose only.. Love the effects two great directors combined.. michael bay and steven spielberg...

I thought it was going to suck so I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as bad I was expecting...:2 cents:

I thought it was fuckin' awesome. Of course I was a Transformers junkie from the start of it all. My only real disappointment was there could have been more interaction between the Transformers. (Other than the fighting.) Of course this sets the stage for a fantastic sequel if they do it right.

That's a pretty interesting piece of trivia. I stopped watching TF after the first cartoon movie came out in 1985(?), but I recall seeing newer incarnations of TF on the kids network while flipping thru channels. So a minimum of two generations have grown up on this show.

Still haven't found time to check out the movie.
