Know of any wordpress plugin forums / write ups?
 

Got a friend that is working on a mainstream blog right now and he needs a plugin to do a few things. Everything he finds will only do one or the other it seems like but he wants to maybe edit or do something custom. Does anyone know of any forums, writeups, websites, anything about writing wordpress plugins or editing existing ones?
