To Warning Page or Not To Warning Page?
Are Warning Pages legally required on paysite tours?
:upsidedow |
No idea, here's a bump for you...
|
depends on your processor
Mine requires it |
Also, are "EXIT" links required on Warning Pages, if Warning Pages are legally required?
|
Heck I just think they are a good place to put advertisements :)

Warning pages are not legally required in the United States, I can't speak for every country in the world. That being said, I think using them is the responsible thing to do, and have them on all of my sites. --End I Am Not An Attorney Don't Listen To Me-- |
yes, they are definitely the responsible thing to do
They aren't explicitly legally required to my knowledge but they probably give you some extra legal protection. |
It's the responsible thing to do.. all my sites have them. It also gives you extra space to do more advertising, assuming it's no explicit pictures right on the waring page. As that would of course defeat the purpose .
Don't laugh, because I've seen it, warning pages with hard core ads right on the page. |
