Does anybody want a first class web guy?
 

Hi All, last month I got a redundancy from an online casino as their head designer (due to US laws and low revenues). I have been a long time reader (but first time poster) on GFY. I've seen many posts where someone with a little talent can get a good job. I was hoping this thread would be one of those.

My skillset includes the usual Adobe/ex-Macromedia suite: Photoshop, Imageready, Dreamweaver, Flash and co. I can hand code XHTML and CSS. I also know web standards, video editing, batch image processing and a little php/MySQL.

I have great understanding of traffic, affiliate programs (especially adult, dating and gambling) and web development in general. I have a Univeristy degree and 7-8 years online experience.

oh and I added a no sideways funky scroll version. Just a simple css edit.

I'm sure you've met at some point ... although we lost him to the gambling world for a few years. Luckily adult now has him back! Its good to see some decent designers coming back into adult!

Selling yourself a bit short though pixelwizz ... your folio does nothing to show off your work. I've seen some of your designs from 5 years ago that would shit on stuff that's being done now.

I hope you pick up something worthy of your skills soon ;-)
