That one was adapted and used in several Morrowind Game of the Year mods, and in the game itself there is a creature that was designed from it. It also shows up in the game in several places as wall art.

Wasn't some of it shown in Heavy Metal magazine many years ago? I had a subscription back in the year or two before the movie came out, I loved all that artwork in there.

Unfortunately, that's not a Boris painting but one done by Luis Royo called "Elfe" (source: http://www.fantom-xp.com/fr_12__Luis_Royo_-_Elfe.html). Boris, Julie Bell and Luis Royo are all great fantasy artists.

Corbin's stuff is great. I read many chapters of Den back in the day.

Heavy Metal had some great artists contributing to their mag.

I half suspected it wasn't. For one thing it didn't have the usual "Boris" signature on it, but it did look rather like his work. Thanks for the link and clearing up who did the work.

I like that Japanese guy who does that almost photo-realistic stuff you see (or used to see?) in Penthouse. Can't think of the name.
