They are a broker, a middle man. The traffic doesn't come from them. Because it's brokered, you will pay more.

If you're going to pay per-visitor, I would suggest using Adwords over AVNAds. I've tried out both myself and had twice the conversion rate (40% vs 80%) with my AdWords campaign.

You must by kidding! Some of these prices are way under the minimum bids in other PPC networks. Are you sure you know what are you saying? It's clicked, good quality, higly targetted traffic - not some crappy traffic from traffic broker that wont convert.
