Clearly the woman used the name to spite her former friend. But I'm not sure how the law deals with stuff like that, if at all.

That was not the brightest thing to do. I bet Vivid had no idea but I guess they will be researching names more diligently now or assigning names to their women instead of letting them make them up.

Vivid doesn't 'let' their women make up their names, not to mention the fact that she is not a Vivid Girl. She was a person that happened to be in a couple of movies, just like most studios use random porn stars... I doubt this will get very far to begin with...
