has anyone perfected ipod movie content yet
 

so that it works the same way that movies do that you buy from the itunes store in terms of playing them on a regular tele

if so what applications did you use for encoding along with the settings ect

Not sure what you mean with "perfected". I have about 10, or so, all short, about 5-10 minutes long. We try to keep them at a convenient size, between 12 - 40 MB. Haven't tried them on a TV set yet, but they play on the iPod, so I assume they work on all applications like all other Ipod movies do.

Both, Final Cut Pro and iMovie export them as .m4v which is the iPod format.

It is possible to encode a full-length DVD into ipod movie with perfect picture quality.

Just watch your audio settings
