I think it depends which Virgin Mary pic you use.

By this I mean if so its a recent painting by an artist, then its the artist pic, and so you would not be able to use it.

My advise would be to pay an artist to do you a pic, this way you own the right.

While legally you can do this, your going to upset people, so just be carfull.

I would say an image of the Virgin Mary on a porn site would upset people far more than an image of Jesus or god.
