Yeah Videohub.com have 89 of their titles online. Don't know if they are licensing or if that was a special one of deal though.

Videobox has them too. So I doubt it's a special deal, it appears they are licensing. they have some good shit compared to most of the crap DVD's out there.

cool they must be dvd sites only though I know they have contracts in place with a big program to build sites out of which are online already. I think Braincash built their sites or something. Might be with the directors only though and not with Platinum X.

I'll certainly look into getting PlatinumX titles for our program they are good

Platinum-X directors own the rights to their videos - most of them anyway - like Brandon Iron - he does have sites with BrainCash. Things are pretty tough in the DVD biz these days - so I'm sure some of those people will gladly license their content for the right price.

isnt Platinum X owned by Redlight?

and doesnt Redlight not license videos anymore?

Mutt 07-15-2007 11:13 PM

no - Platinum-X was patterned after Redlight - some of the Redlight directors/talent went off on their own to form Platinum-X - Jewel Denyle, Michael Stefano and one other I can't remember.

No Platinum X is not licensing their DVD's at least not the company owned ones. Hit me up for some clarification and if we decide to license them I will let you know. Yes some of the content is owned by the producer/director but not as many that are company owned..

Videobox also has a few of the older Redlight titles, which seems to be from a deal from a long time ago. I hadn't seen that Videohub site before, but then again I don't get out much.
