That's what they use for a server for gfy, That's why it's slow sometimes. I heard they ordered 2 more so things should speed up soon.

The price is not that low after you include the hardware upgrades. Check out their shop.

What is the plan that comes along with it?? I can't seem to find a straight answer here...is its just a 99 buck pc? If so, i'm in ;)

It's actually not that bad of a deal, too many of my "goto" apps run on windows though. I do have a linux machine here that I use often, it's not gentu like this one, but that's more of a personal preference.

My biggest worry would be how gentu supports external drives so that I don't need to store my data on amazon's servers.

I would not be suprised if you don't see this very same thing, from Google soon.

It's $99 when you signup to a $12.95 a month service plan for 2 years. If you cancel the plan inside of 2 years, they prorate and refund you.

Or you could buy it for $249 w/o the service plan.
