Obscenity or decency laws by state?

Does anyone know of a web site that lists what the obscenity/decency laws are for each of the states? I'm considering moving and don't want to move to a state with strict laws.

Not sure if there is a site like that or not. My rule of thumb is to look at the last election map. Any state that is red, don't move there.
