I'd never spend my vacation on Ukrainian or in Russian sea beaches. Because:
1) the Black sea is dirty
2) The level service is awful
3) The prices are crazy
4) The tourists are crazy too

the Mediterranean Sea is my choice (I case if I don't plan to travel too far)
