I'm done trying to make a deal behind closed doors, so I'm just going to do it in public, post the stats for these domains, and be done with it. High bidder takes the program, no reserve. Here's some info about EZA Cash. After a decade in the business, I want to get out of owning adult sites and focus on my freelance writing and other ventures. I'm not looking for a fortune for these sites. The exclusive content that comes with CumFacedAsians cost around $10k to shoot and the design of that site was another $2k by one of the top designers in the biz at the time (Michael Alden/Zaynee Creations). It
converts very nicely when the tour is updated regularly.

EZA Cash is a CCBill affiliate program that was opened in 2003 with the launch of CumFacedAsians. More sites were added on a regular basis until the current lineup of 14 paysites was reached. The affiliate program currently has over 3,000 webmasters signed up, and we haven't e-mailed these affiliates with hosted galleries or encouraged them to send traffic since 2005. Still, there is plenty of affiliate traffic coming to
the sites and that would greatly increase with a couple of mailings and some fresh promo material. CumFacedAsians, the flaship site, has 10 exclusive 30 minute bj videos and 10 exclusive photo sets (all of the content used in the design elements of the tour is exclusive, so this site wouldn't need redesigned to be usable). Exclusive scenes on CFA are Loni, 2 videos of Kitty, Lucy Lee, Roxy, Bamboo, Lylalei, Angel (also known as Kat Young), Envi, and Ryoko. This content is available on cd and can be uploaded to the new owner's servers as well. I also have all 2257 documents for these 10 scenes. No other content from the members area is included with the sale other than this exclusive content.

The rest of the paysites on EZA Cash are non-exclusive and I do not have the rights to transfer that content, nor do I wish to try to negotiate those rights. I am selling the domains and traffic ONLY, no content or designs. To summarize, the only designs included with this auction are CumFacedAsians and ezacash.com. You do not get designs or content for any of the other paysite domains I'm including. The buyer will have to use their own content and designs to quickly throw up new hosted galleries and paysites on these domains in order to keep from losing traffic. I'm happy to hold off the transfer of the domains until the new owner has their sites ready to go.

I will transfer the domains and CCBill account over to the buyer after their payment clears. The new owner will receive all affiliate traffic, bookmark traffic, and search engine traffic currently going to the domains. I am not sending traffic to these sites from any domains that aren't included with this auction, so no traffic should be lost as long as a smooth transaction occurs.

There are 70 active members on the CCBill account right now rebilling at $19.95-24.95 a month, plus new members still sign up on a daily basis. The retention of these new members is very low (most cancel their trials), so a new members area should increase revenue by quite a large margin.

There are 7,869 cancelled member e-mail addresses recorded in the CCBill admin. I have never e-mailed any of these previous members to try to get them to rejoin, so those e-mail addresses hold some potential income.

There are 3,168 registered affiliates at this time.

So you've never viewed the adult listings or sold anything on Ebay or bought anything with Paypal from a buyer that requires a confirmed Ebay account (pretty much all sellers these days)? You need a credit card on file to do all those things.

Never sold anything on eBay but have bought a few things on eBay with PayPal and it still asked me for a CC to view the auction.

No need to view adult listings on Ebay, don't have Paypal, and I bought something on Ebay a few months ago, but just entered my cc info for the sale.

Yah, that means your Ebay/Paypal address isn't confirmed. To confirm your Paypal account, you need to go into your Ebay settings and set your mailing address to the same address as the billing address on the credit card you have on file with Paypal.

I always refuse to sell to anyone who doesn't confirm their address, because Ebay/Paypal offers no seller protection when you ship items to unconfirmed addresses. It doesn't really apply to this auction, since it doesn't involve physical goods.

Ebay wants a credit card on file to view the adult category because they think it proves age. I think AVS sites showed that it doesn't prove age, but I guess Ebay didn't hear about that whole fiasco.

Also, I didn't realize Ebay didn't allow foreign bidders to view the adult category, but it's not like I could list the sites in the non-adult category, and I was tired of trying to sell them the old-fashioned way. I figure if some one in another country wants to bid badly enough, they'll find a way. I mean, it's not that hard to ask a buddy to bid for you.

Seems that $6300 is a great deal. It pays of itself in a few months without any work. You put some leased feeds in there and start updating the sites then it doubles.
