smartftp question

i can seem to download gigs of jpegs fine

but when i need to download alot of movies 400 meg and over the transfer fails is there any setting i can change to avoid this

I have no idea why smartftp is acting strange on you. But have you tried CuteFtp? If not, send them an email.

It's probably not your ftp program but the TTL on the server. Have you changed it??
