TGP not growing, help is very appreciated

Hello! I've got a problem with my 2-weeks-old TGP site. I have now added 35 good quality trades and I'm not getting more than 1.1k of unique visitors per day. I really don't know what to do under these bad circumstances, maybe adding more and more trades? I'm not sure if thats the point of increasing traffic at all. The design of my TGP site should be ok and not that inelegant I guess. I already thought about adding text links between 5x5 gallery blocks...is that a good idea?

My site: => see signature

I would really appreciate your advice and efforts to help me in this :).
Thanks in advance :thumbsup

I am finding your site take forever to load and I have a fast DSL connection...

Do something about your images... those who have dial up or slower DSL connections will have left your site within the first few seconds...

Hopes this helps you,

.

yeah change the image sizes, its loading slow for me to.

1100 a day is not to bad for a 2 week old tgp, give it time.

I think he is buying the traffic VTcash.

thanks for your answers.
hmm yea I know its not loading that fast but changing thumb sizes is not possible. it was an incredible work to produce them...maybe the server is burdened too hard with the amount of websites running on it. apart from the loading-time, could there also be another reason for the traffic problem?
thanks for the hint that 1k is good for a 2 weeks old tgp site...it motivates me a bit :).
can somebody recommend things which will increase the traffic coz I dont know whats the secret of huge traffic? that would be really nice :)

thank you!

If you're looking to buy traffic, go with trafficholder. Buying clicked traffic by niche is the way to go, and their prices are very reasonable. :thumbsup

Hi everyone!

I've been lurking a while, but this is my first post, so please be gentle!

Inferno, I've just been looking at your site. It looks very nice, I must say!

The funny thing is, though, that it loaded really quickly for me! I even tried it in Opera, and nice-models loaded more quickly than some of the galleries that I clicked through to!

I'm in the UK, so I'm wondering, is your site hosted on this side of the pond? Could that be the problem?

@spunky: yep...I'll reduce the number of thumbs from 200 to 150 or 100...it should be a bit faster then :)

Hello PhilR! Thanks for the compliment and welcome to GFY!
The server on which my site is running is located in Frankfurt, Germany as far as I know :)
Therefore it loads a bit slower for US visitors I guess. Too bad...but I'm trying to optimize the whole thing.

It's better to buy traffic by domain. Just go through the list of the domains selling traffic and buy from the ones with high prod(uctivity).

thanks for the tip u-Bob...I will try that out :)
