Do any sponsors offer rotating banners?

I keep looking and don't see any that really offer it

I want to place banner code on my site and every time the banner is pulled it shows something different

it would be perfect for placing in blogs, in the loop, so that it was in between posts, but not the same banner in between every post....

CuriousCash has dynamic banners that change with every weekly model update to focus on the latest models. Varying sizes.

RevshareRewards also have dynamic banners that update with every new special release.

;-)

Video Secrets has tons of rotating banners.

I also use their rotating cams on my blog. Those pages get steady traffic hits.

:pimp

I am using their iframe now and it keeps refreshing the whole blog page....which SUCKS

i looked in the admin and don't see any code for rotating banners that show a new banner every time the page is refreshed

give me an example please

Jace 07-29-2007 05:20 AM

yeah, cams is definitely the answer, seems to be the only thing that truely rotates

you know, the more I get back into affiliate promotions, the more I realize just how archaic most programs are.....hell, some haven't added or changed a thing in 2-3 years

bobby666 07-29-2007 05:58 AM

Oh .. I Frames .. I don't use them as banners, I use the rotating banners for the VIP shows. When we do use VS's I Frames, it is for the left hand Adverts on our hubs.

Example

My coding skills aren't advanced enough to tell you why your blog page is refreshing. If I were to guess, it is more about your template function.

If I couldn't figure it out in a timely fashion, I'd ask my REP. Mine is very helpful. Cute too. :winkwink:

Strange question. Is it a problem to write a couple of PHP or JavaScript lines that will implement a banner rotation algorithm?

e.g.:
PHP Code:

<?php
$banners
file("banners.txt");
srand ((float) microtime() * 10000000);
shuffle($banners);
$parts explode("|"$banners[0]);
echo
'<a href="'.$parts[1].'"><img src="'.$parts[0].'"></a>';
?>

There should be a "banners.txt" file which must contain the links to banners and paysites in the following format:
{path to banner 1}|{url 1}
{path to banner 2}|{url 2}
etc..

e.g.:
thumbs/banner1.jpg|http://www.sponsorsite1.com
thumbs/banner2.gif|http://www.sponsorsite2.com/

Topbucks - $35/trial or 80&#37; offers that.

if I wanted to do it myself I would open my OpenAds install and throw some banners in there

i was looking for a sponsor provided solution so that THEY updated the banners for me

Banner no....We do have rotating box-covers that link to a 30 minute clip.

Hit me up on ICQ, maybe we can tweak it to make you a banner.
