If you're not sure if it's illegal or not, just report it... If it says "part 1", it may lead to cp in the next set... who knows. You should report it IMO.

Kissing is not sexually explicit. Nor is it obscene, and considering they seem to be fully clothed, it's not pornographic.

If it's linked from an adult site, I'd say it's pushing cp.
Obviously, if this was some family's flickr gallery and not linked from an adult site, it might be acceptable.

The last I heard, pornography involves sexual organs. Kissing does not.

It may not be in the best taste, but kids kissing is not pornography.

This is *NOT* the case when it comes to minors. Not in the US, anyway. A recent court decision determined that fully clothed pictures of minors, showing neither genitals, breasts, simulated sex or whatever, may still be illegal.

Ehm, it's a drawing. If it were a real photograph, however, it could indeed be illegal, if it was determined that the subject was underage and that the picture implied something to do with sex.

Basically, it's all up to the court... no clear rules. A bit like obscenity laws.

Has anyone asked this question? Why would they spam that site on your site? Is there a virus, spyware or something on the page? What sponsors is it linking to? I dont get why someone would leave a random gallery or site that has 12 year olds kissing and nothing else on it.

Ehm, no. It is posted on a board about the adult industry, but that in no way implies that it is pornographic content.

As for the depictions thing... the constitutionality of the laws against drawings is still rather questionable. Last time the supreme court was involved, a similar law was struck down.

The pictures are sexual in nature. I like real women, and two adult women making out is sexually appealing to me. Similarly, two 12 year old girls making out would be sexually appealing to a person who liked that.

I reported it, regardless of whatever some of you may believe. That isn't just "cute kissing" between friends.
