Anyone from Ounique around?
 

I'm not sure if anyone from Ounique watches this board, but I'm mainly posting this so that I have a record.

I have 100 sets in a cart and ready to order at the $990 sale price. There are about 14 hours left until the sale ends. However, the cart reflects the list price of the content and not the sale price. I left 3 phone messages yesterday and 1 so far today and sent 2 emails, with no response.

I spoke with someone from Ounique last week and was told to use the coupon code 'hammer' when placing the order. I have done so, but it is not working.

Assuming I do not hear from someone at Ounique before the deadline, I expect this post with it's timestamp to serve as proof that I made every effort to make the purchase before the sale ended. If I don't hear from someone until after the sale ends, I expect to receive the content at the sale price.

Actually that used to be the case, but lately I've been able to talk to someone on the phone almost every time I call. Until yesterday of course.
