Fleshlight does not allow affiliates to use the term Fleshlight in it's domains...understandable ...

but they also sent an email stating that they dont allow them to use the word Fleshlight in any way shape or form.. wtf?

A TGP is not any of those - They are protecting themselves on SE's thats all.

People still sending them traffic deserved what they get. I don't see why anyone would trust them the way they use the NATS script - Its a joke.
+ they support sites using pirated content.

Haven't finished reading it yet but given I got the same email, BoyAlley jumped to some conclusions that I certainly didn't.. If you read the entire email it seemed pretty clear to me that they were simply saying you can't buy domains with Fleshlight in it and you can't buy advertising spots using Fleshlight in the text. Basically you can't generate traffic to your own sites under the "guise" of being Fleshlight.

:thumbsup kinda. i think they prob looked thru their affiliates stats for those using adwords etc and saw theres some extra profit to be made by hiring a dedicated team to do adwords etc placements.( especially if they have a monopoly ). add on to that the fact they are on alot of torrent sites = they no longer need real affiliates .. torrent sites will do the branding and they reap the rewards of a monopoly on the adwords..

Its kind of an unusual case in that not many products ARE the name. i.e. its kinda hard to run adwords for fleshlight without using the term fleshlight.

Its hard not to understand where they are coming from here. Its all about the $$$. Nobody is getting charged for advertising on sites that display stolen material , the only ones it seems to be affecting currently is the affiliates . on the other hand they are profiting from stolen videos plain and simple. unethical ? perhaps , some would say cross-sales or recurring memberships are unethical.. certainly not illegal..
